We cultivate a creative home for artists to develop and explore by making joyful, site-specific theater in unexpected places, proving that art really can happen anywhere and is for absolutely everyone.

Our team is comprised of tenacious, accomplished, whip-smart, and infinitely strange women with a passion for theater and art.

But it isn't just about us, it's also about our diverse network of collaborators, residents in the neighborhoods where we rehearse and perform, and this complicated, beautiful, harsh city, which is a collaborator unto itself.

We are dedicated to creating passionate, accessible, and visceral work with a sneaky sense of joy.

Founding Members

Lily Warpinski

Founding Member/Artistic Director Lily is an all around theater practitioner. Her BFA is from New York University, and she studied Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, as well as Clown at Pigiron Theater School. She is an all-terrain Shakespeare Nerd who has directed, produced and acted with several amazing companies in New York and the Pacific Northwest.

Olivia Konteatis

Founding Member/Musical Director Olivia is a graduate of NYU Tisch, The New Studio on Broadway. Olivia is an Actress, Singer, Writer, and now Composer! Recent credits include: Playing Anne Frank with the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect, I Want A Country (NY International Fringe Festival), As You Like It (Classics on the Rocks).

Emily Ann Banks

Founding Member 2021-2025 Emily (She/Her) could not be more ecstatic to join such a fantastic team. Emily is a jack-of-all-trades collaborative artist from NYC that has had the privilege to expand her many creative talents from stage to screen. Her passions include performing, writing, directing and producing new works. Most days, you can find her watching Pete Holmes' Crashing for the 18th time, scream-singing Post Malone lyrics, or figuring out a way to get herself on Ghost Adventures
